Magnificent Mile hosted by Junior League of Syracuse

Anywhere, Anywhere - Please join us this September for a virtual race through history. 20 miles in 20 days (or a 5k) to celebrate our 100 years as an organization along with the magnificent accomplishments women have made through history. Participants can choose to push themselves to complete as little as a mile each day or run/walk a 5k on a day of their choice.

All participants of the 20 mile event will be presented with a custom finisher medal AND a t-shirt. Only the first 200 participants will receive a medal at packet pick up. Those who participate in the 5k will receive a t-shirt only.

START/FINISH

This unique event is located wherever your feet take you. Whether it be a favorite route through your neighborhood, a brisk walk through the city streets, or a casual trail run at a local park. This is YOUR race. However, you choose to get to 20 miles (or 3.1) by September 20th is up to YOU!

 

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP

Online registration will remain open right up until September 15th at 11:59pm. Packet pickup will take place outside the Philanthropy Center in downtown Syracuse from 5:30 pm right up until 7:00 pm on September 28th and 29th. Your registration fee includes a custom medal (for 20 mile participants) and t-shirt. Participants who are not able to attend packet pick up should contact the race organizer for information.

Registration Costs

$40 for 20 Miles in 20 Days

$30 for 5k

All children 13 and under will receive $10 off their registration

All First Responders and Front Line Workers receive $5 off 20 Miles

 

>The first 200 participants for 20 Miles in 20 Days will receive a medal at packet pick up.

>Those registering after the first 200 will have the option to have swag mailed to their address provided.

 

 

Virtual Run Logging Instructions

ALL participants will enter your results online from September 15th at 7pm through September 20th. Here you will record your total time it took to complete a 5k or 20 miles. 

 

Team Option

If you are feeling really motivated and have some friends who want to join you, we welcome you to form a team to complete 2,020 miles in the 20 days as a unit. Indicate your team at your registration. Remember -- miles are miles! Any walk or run will count during the 20 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Since this event is a fundraiser for the Junior League of Syracuse and a virtual race, there will be no refunds.
